It's not recommended, our Bath Stones are designed for use on a flat, hard surface with the included non-slip foam pad underneath to ensure stability and prevent cracking.

My stone is cracked, what can I do?

Dorai Bath Stones are built for durability, but in rare cases, they may crack with enough force or weight and depending on the flooring. If this happens, please email a photo to [email protected] for assistance.

Can I use my Bath Stone on heated flooring?

Our Bath Stones are safe to use on heated flooring, and we’ve received no reports of damage to either the stones or the flooring. We recommend using the included non-slip foam pad to prevent slipping and evenly distribute weight when stepped on.

Can I use my Bath Stone in a sauna?

Yes, our Bath Stones are perfect for saunas as they absorb moisture quickly. However, we don’t recommend using the non-slip foam pad or rubber base in the sauna. Regular cleaning and maintenance are also recommended.
